Emotional Support Teddy Bear (Pinkie)

Karl sculpts the faces with an oil based clay. Once he has the sculpture done he pours silicone on it to make a mold. When the silicone cures and he can remove the clay, he has a mold into which he pours cast resin. Once that cures he removes the cast resin and essentially has a plastic shell of a face which he then paints and varnishes. He takes a teddy bear body that he has pre-sewn, cuts a little out where the face shall be, glues in the cast resin, turns it right side out, stuffs it, and stitches it up the back. Voila, scary bears!
